How we work
We grind every slab instead of etching. We test moisture on basement and slab-on-grade work. We repair scaling and cracks properly before coating. We choose products rated for salt and cold. Our estimates are written, itemized and clear about what is included.
Straight advice
Not every floor needs a full coating. Sometimes a sealer or polish is the better choice. Sometimes a slab needs structural repair first. We will tell you what we see.
